Make a difference and help young people’s schooling in their own countries: it will determine not only their future but also that of their families and communities. FOTIS is a voluntary association operating without overhead costs, all of your donation is used solely to fund the students.

FOTIS 15th anniversary campaign: BACK TO SCHOOL!
It’s back-to-school time for our children and grandchildren, and thanks to your support, our FOTIS students are also preparing for new semesters of learning.
In 2023 we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of FOTIS. Since 2008 we have supported over 300 students, in 10 countries over 4 continents, to complete their secondary education. This amounts to around 1500 school years.
But the future of FOTIS is by no means guaranteed. We need to continue fundraising in order to honour the commitments to our current sponsored students and, when they graduate, to welcome new ones. The impact of COVID and worldwide inflation has caused school fees to increase, so we are under pressure to maintain our level of support against rising prices.
For our 15th anniversary we launched our ‘Back To School’ campaign, raising a fantastic CHF 24,500. As a generous donor to FOTIS, we are inviting you become a FOTIS Patron and pledge your annual support. Or be a Friend of FOTIS, all donations are welcome. It could not be easier to sign up to the Patron Scheme, as an individual, family or corporate. And since FOTIS operates without overhead costs, your donation will be used solely to fund students.

Patrons will be listed on our website and annual report (unless they prefer to remain anonymous), and will receive free tickets to our events. Corporate sponsors benefit from advertising on our website, promotional materials, and recognition at our events.
Friends of FOTIS
All donations are welcome, and Friends of FOTIS can make a big difference even with a small amount. Your donation can provide a child with the following supplies for one year:
Breakfast/Lunch: CHF 145
Books: CHF 70
Uniforms: CHF 50
Shoes: CHF 35

There are a number of ways that you can support a child get their education.
